Search tips

1-Use multiple words to narrow your search result. separate keywords by "+" sign or blank space. searching in "Anywhere" ,searches titles , author , editor or editor for ALL keywords appearance.

2-Search is not case sensitive

3-if you don't know full phrase ,word  or name or its correct spell in other languages , type partial words where "Find Whole word " is unchecked. as an example , searching for "coin Iran" in titles may have following results:

1. Borgomale , H.L. Rabino . Di/ Album of Coins , Medals , and seals of The Shahs of Iran(1500-1948) . (2 Vols . ) / Place of Pub. :Oxford/ Date of Pub. :1945-1951 / Price :N/A


2. Clark , Robert . L - Mohabat - Ayin , A/ Modern Coinage of Iran / Place of Pub. :USA/ Date of Pub. :1974 / Price :N/A

This rules are same in both English and Persian searches.

 

Problem with farsi font?

1- If  you can't read Farsi character on screen you maybe using an old browser like Internet Explorer 4. you should upgrade your browser to Internet explorer 5 or higher or Netscape communicator 7 or higher

2-If you see reversed Farsi character on web pages, please add "Arabic language support" from Internet Explorer Setup.

3-If  Farsi characters are miss shown in your browser, please download following font and install it in Font folder from Windows Control Panel
